1. Service overview

Okraflow provides creator-client collaboration tools for deliverable sharing, approvals, contracts, and milestone payment tracking. By using Okraflow, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access links, email accounts, and any payment credentials secure.

You must provide accurate information and use Okraflow only for lawful business activity. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or security risks.

3. Billing and payments

Paid plans, lifetime offers, and platform fees are shown in-product and can change for new purchases. If you have an active subscription, cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period.

Stripe processes payments and payouts. By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's terms and policies.

4. Content and deliverables

You retain ownership of your uploaded files, contracts, and project data. You grant Okraflow a limited right to process and store content to operate the service.

You are responsible for having rights to upload and share your content, including client materials and any third-party assets.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Okraflow to distribute malware, infringing material, illegal content, or to attempt unauthorized access to data, accounts, or infrastructure.

6. Availability and liability

Okraflow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to maintain reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Okraflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
