Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation

Pro monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Subscription refunds

Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed. If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized, contact support for review.

3. Lifetime purchases

Founding lifetime purchases are generally final after successful activation. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges or technical billing errors.

4. Milestone payments

Milestone payments are transactions between creator and client, processed through Stripe. Disputes about work quality, scope, or delivery should be handled directly between project parties.
